To avoid delay in processing your order cancellation, please provide your order number and all the details concerning the items you want to cancel in your email.

After 24 hours from your purchase, your order is processed, and it is too late to cancel it.

All sales are final and orders are non-refundable.

No physical products are sold on ridzert.shop. All products are digital, downloadable products.

All digital and downloadable products are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
